A Tribute to Michael White: Exploring and Experiencing Narrative Practice

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to announce that Peggy Sax and Gaye Stockell in collaboration with David Epston will present "A Tribute to Michael White: Exploring and Experiencing Narrative Practices" in Venice, Italy.

After confirming that the registered participants in Michael's scheduled workshop wanted to proceed with a course focused on his work, we contacted Peggy Sax and David Epston to see if there might be an interest to continue to offer something that would honor Michael's contributions to the world. At the same time, one of our registered participants, Gaye Stockell, offered to teach and facilitate. What has come about is a scintillating collaboration aimed toward forming a celebration and continuation of Michael's work.

When we received an enthusiastic response from the participants, Peggy, Gaye and David, we felt compelled to move forward. David unfortunately will be not be present in person due to previous commitments, but he will be participating in the co-authorship of the seminar and will be present via video and telephone while Gaye and Peggy present and facilitate. We feel very lucky to have two dear and long standing colleagues of Michael's to be with us and to conduct this week-long program so in concert with Michael's vision and practice.

Michael touched lives and influenced people's work around the world. And somehow it fits to have presenters from three countries including from New Zealand and Australia where narrative therapy began. Already people are coming from Australia, Canada, Israel, Italia, New Zealand and the United States. Our seminars usually bring people together from around the world to enjoy practical and cutting edge teachings in the heart of Italy. However, this event is clearly trumping our other seminars with regard to international flavor.

Because time is fast approaching, we are offering a special group rate only for this seminar, as follows:

2 attendees --------25% discount on each registration fee
3 to 5 attendees----35% discount on each registration fee
10+ attendees ------50% discount on each registration fee
